Vishay / Sprague STH SuperTan® Wet Tantalum Capacitors
Vishay / Sprague STH SuperTan® Wet Tantalum Capacitors with a hermetic seal, extended range, and improved vibration capability are designed to offer improved performance. These tantalum-case electrolytic capacitors achieve increased thermal shock capability of up to 300 cycles. The STH capacitors operate from -55°C to 85°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant. These capacitors are ideal for avionics and aerospace applications.
