Texas Instruments SN74LV14B-EP Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverters
Texas Instruments SN74LV14B-EP Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverters contain six independent inverters with Schmitt-trigger inputs designed for 2V to 5.5V VCC operation. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74LV14B-EP is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the devices when these are powered down. The SN74LV14B-EP device has gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55°C to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish.
