Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5022 Silicon SPDT Switches

Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5022 Silicon SPDT Switches have a frequency range of 100MHz to 45GHz. Analog Devices ADRF5022 has a typical insertion loss of 2.3dB and provides 43dB of isolation. The device can handle RF input power up to 30dBm for the through path, 24dBm for the terminated path, and 30dBm for hot switching at the RF common port. The ADRF5022 operates with a +3.3V positive supply and a -3.3V negative supply, and it can be controlled using CMOS/LVTTL-compatible signals.
